By purchasing a KadoKita Box for your loved ones, you are not only giving them presents, but also emotional memories to cherish for years to come. From having the best coffee in town with your special someone or dining for two overlooking the city’s panoramic view to luxurious spa treatments that no one can resist, KadoKita has everything that you could possibly need to make someone’s special occasion memorable.

KadoKita works with hundreds of selected partners to create unique experiential gifts organized into Boxes. Each box is unique and consists of one catalogue and one Gift Certificate. Each catalogue consists of hundreds of experiences and the attached Gift Certificate gives you access to one of the experiences inside the catalogue. Each experience is unique and some may be subject to weather conditions. We recommend that you call our selected partner and make a reservation in advance. Kadokita will not be responsible for any costs incurred if you do not follow these Terms and Conditions.

1. Availability

You can purchase KadoKita via different channels:

  • Offline: KadoKita is available in most great shopping destinations. The Gift Certificate inside the boxes are inactive, please make sure our sales team activate it for you.
  • Online: KadoKita is available on a lot of e-commerce platforms. When you purchase online, you will receive the boxes and the Gift Certificate already activated.
  • You can find the list of all our distributors on www.kado-kita.com, and make sure you choose a trusted one. We recommend to our customers to avoid purchasing KadoKita Boxes on not-listed distributors.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the descriptions and pictures contained within the website and in the catalogues are a true reflection of the reality, these do not form part of a contract. If on contacting the partner to redeem your Gift Certificate you feel that the activity taking place no longer accurately represents the activity shown on the KadoKita website or catalogue, You can either change activity based on agreement with the partner, or change to another partner. In case you don’t find your happiness within the offered Box, KadoKita will exchange the Box to another one with the same value (Charges may apply).

Once a specific date has been booked, you will automatically become bound by the terms and conditions that individual partner may have. Please note that experiences are subject to change without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights. In any cases, you may encounter any disagreement, please notify us so we can take necessary steps to make it right.

We highly recommend you to check the availability of each experience on our website or by calling the partner.

2. Price

The prices of all experiences which are displayed on KadoKita’s website and catalogues are correct to the best of our knowledge. In any cases, your Gift Certificate gives you access to a service that is pre-defined and has no nominal value. Don’t hesitate to contact our customer service.

3. Booking

KadoKita recommend you make a booking before your visit, directly with the selected partner in order to avoid any disappointment.

4. Validity

Kadokita boxes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. In case you cannot find the expiry date, you can contact our customer service by email (ask@kado-kita.com) or Whattsapp text message (+62 811 88 5236) and we will respond you in less than 48 hours. In case your Gift Certificate is expired, you can extend it for a maximum period of 30 days. A second extension may be subject to additional fee. Delays, curtailments and breakdowns are not within our control and therefore we cannot be held liable.

5. Exchange

If your KadoKita Box is not your cup of tea, you can contact KadoKita’s customer service to swap it one time with any other Box of a same or a higher price, within the validity period.

6. Lost Gift vouchers

KadoKita is not responsible for any loss of unused Gift Certificate.

7. Cancellation

Once you book a specific date with a partner you are bound by their terms and conditions regarding cancellations. In the unlikely event that one of our partners needs to cancel the experience after you have booked a date, they will contact you. Please note that KadoKita cannot be held responsible for any cases of cancellations.

8. Complaints

KadoKita selects its partners with very strict selection process. In case you experience any issue with one of our partners, the best way is to try and resolve it with them directly.
Nevertheless, we are here to facilitate and help you. Please contact our customer service by email at ask@kado-kita.com, for any issue we will answer in 48 hours.

9. Data Protection

We pay great attention on the usage of your data. None of our customer’s data will ever be communicated/given/sold to any third party without their express consent. Your data will be used for a direct communication between KadoKita and you. You can opt-out from our database at any time by sending us a request by email to ask@kado-kita.com and we will ensure it is done in a maximum period of 7 working days.
